Your trust and confidence is so important to our team.

To uphold that trust, we offer fixed prices for many of our most common procedures, giving you clarity and predictability when planning your pet’s care. We also encourage open conversations about estimates for any diagnostics or treatments, so you can make informed decisions before committing to a treatment plan.

We will always do our best to work within your budget and can often offer a range of clinical options. Our role is to guide you through these options, helping you make appropriate and well-considered decisions for your pet’s health and wellbeing.

We also advocate our wellness plans – Cat’s Whiskers for cats and Lifetime Care Club for dogs – which provide comprehensive routine preventative care, along with valuable perks and exclusive offers, all for a fixed monthly price.
